Question for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dawnguard

I just downloaded the expansion today, however it's not showing up in my quests. During the Companion quest line I cured myself of being a werewolf, does that mean I can't use my character(who was level 81)?

To start Dawnguard you just have to talk to a guard or an Orc recruiter who will appear in towns. I don't see how curing yourself has any effect on using your character but Dawnguard comes with a feature that allows you to become a werewolf again. All you have to do is talk to Aela and ask to receive the beast blood.
