How do I turn a person into a vampire, as in biting them and making them a vampire, detailed steps if possible please

You can't turn others into vampires. You're the only one who can become a vampire. Your Thrall power will allow you to bite into someone but that's more about feeding and it won't turn them into a vampire.

I usually go to movarth lair (north of morthal) to contract the disease sanguines vampiris and then wait three days to turn with the dawnguard dlc you get the vamp lord formGuest answered:
The only person you can turn into a vampire is your spouse in the dawnguard: vampire questline, as it is a mission given to you by one of the castle volkihar inhabitants. Other than that, you cannot change anyone else. HOWEVER you cannot change any of the companians because they are werewolves.

Yes you can, but only your spouse.. Join the vampire club in Dawnguard DLC and do some side quest, eventually you'll end up to vampire Vingalmo. Which starts the quest to turn your spouse into a vampire.. Seduce and feed on your spouse to complete the quest.

There are some quest that lets you the other people to vamps other than your spouce, but you need to be on the vampire lord side to do them.

I don't know how I did it but I turned that lady at Half-Moon Mill into a vampire but I've never been able to do it since. It may just be a glitch.

Wrong, the 2 vamps are not at the mill till the quest the owner is not a vamp and you do not at any point have to kill her.Guest answered:
I bit someone after vampire seduction to feed on in solstheim and they talked to me like I had turned them into a vampire afterword... But I reloaded just in case cause I wasn't sure if that would some how break the game.

Which mods allows us to turn "offically" any people into vampires. Including the NPC who are extremely immune against seduction?Guest answered:
After you use the vampire seduction and feed on the, you can make them a thrall, but only if they are level ten or less. Havent tried it but the wiki says it's possible.

If you download the AFT(Amazing Follower Tweaks) mod you an turn any follower into a vampire and even give them the vampire lord power. Look it up it's amazing!

If you're playing on pc, you can download a mod called better vampire from nexus mods; It will give you the option in the SKYUI mod configuration menu that will let you turn people into vampires and also let you decide whether or not their appearance will also change into a vampire.

1. You have to get the DLC dawnguard 2. Then you have to go and do this quest for the vampire hunters dawnguard but you have to be at least level 10 to do so. 3. Go and get a embrace from selenas dad whitch will make you a vampire lord and youll get a hole new set of powers 4. Go and do something of guessing I have not got that far yet just look up how to turn a npc into a vampire xbox 360 or 1 or ps3 or 4 no mods.
