How do I get into Solitude?
My brother joined the Rebellion did all the Quests and got to the last one where you have to invade Solitude and kill Gen. Tullius, but he fast travelled to The Blue Palace instead of fighting his way from the gate. Does anyone know what he has to do to be able to get back into Solitude? When he hits "A" to open the gate it says he has to help defend the City from an attack and the single man door at the bottom of the other side of the Solitude Arch is locked and it says he needs a key to open because it can't be picked.

You should use a command to pass through the door, and then the quest wil conitinue

Then fast travel to another town and go back to solitude on foot
