I have the quest "power of the elements"

I have started the quest but all it says is complete the book it doesn't point anywhere and I don't know where to go.

The objective is to learn the most powerful destruction spell on offer - talk to Faralda to get the book, then visit Windward Ruins and activate the pedestal and case a fire spell on it. Then visit North Skybound Watch, activate the pedestal and cast a Frost Spell. Visit Four Skull lookout, activate the pedestal and case a Shock Spell. Then you learn the spell contained within the book.
