Vilkas won't talk to me. What should I do?

I think it's since I married Farkas but I'm not sure...

Did you kill someone? If you have saved it before talking with Vilkas try reloading it and try speaking with him again. But, if you have killed someone he may not speak to you and he will not marry you if you have killed someone he doesn't want to have anything to do with you at that point.
