Question for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

After I killed all the Glenmoril Witches I went back to find Kodlak dead and nobody will send me on any other quest, everybody is just doing the same thing day after day, hovering over kodlaks body or outside with the two dead silver hands saying these two aren't a problem anymore, it's frustrating. What do I do?
