Well you need to find or enchant a weapon with soul entrapment and then get and carry empty soul gems with you. Now you just start killing with that weapon, bows work a little quicker if you're good at sneeking

To fill a soul gem you need a weapon with the skill
To fill one. The text with the weapon is kill someone within a few second to fill a soul gem.you need to have empty ones in inventory.you can buy them at sorceres for instance in dragonreach you can get a weapon like this buy buying one at a black smith.iff the black smith don't has one save up the game then kill him or her.after that quickly load up the saved game and you will see that the black smith has new items.go on with this until the black smth has one
