Well... If youve done every quest possible theres not much to do. You could try to get to the highest level or hunt down every last stormcloak or imperial in skyrim or try to get achievments if you have the xbox 360 version or try to find easter eggs or try to kill every NPC in the game.

Hope it helped.BTW I also don't have much to do in skyrim, these are just my sugestionens.

You can chop wood and like work with the greywolfs to find all the shouts

Well, you can earn all of the achievements. You can also make your character a complete bonafide badass. You can also explore all of the caves and dungeons, slay dragons, make money, own a couple of houses, kill everyone for no apparent reason, slay the entire imperial/stormcloak army because you're bored and tired of their quotes. Use your imagination.
