How do you get out of a quest you can't beat physically? (too low of a level)

Well you can't actually get out of a quest or drop it to say. But you can ignore it for as long as you want. So if your not a high enough level then you just ignore it level up and take another go at it.

You can't. Once you start a quest, you must finish it. You can wait however, level up your character some more and then go back to the quest.
