On the PS3 I can not grab the torch to open the diligence crux and all 3 of the fire are already lit.... How do I open crux. When I try to grab the torch, a box shows up saying, " the ritual torch can be held by any, but owned by none", but I can't pick it up.

Ok this was tricky. I don't know how to do it on the PS3 but play with the controls until you figure out how to move objects across the screen. If you have ever moved a body to get to an object under it or did the mission to mess up the OCD slave owners home you know what I mean. Use this button to move the torch around and complete the ritual. When you add something to your inventory you gain ownership of it and that is why you can't pick up the torch by normal means.
