Help!
Ive started a quest called 'Where Spirits Have Lease" I bought the, slept and the house cursed etc etc. Now when I needed to find velwyn in imperial city I was asking around where was etc. Then in the hotel I talked to him then there were NO Quest markers and it still asked to talk to velwyn to confront him to go to anvil. But I already talked all subjects about him even when I asked "lift the curse" he says "its your house you can lift the curse on your own" PLEASE HELP ME!!! I Bought the manor for 5k!!!

Ok well first if you can try bribing him or getting him to like you more so he'll talk do that. If you've talked to the previous owner in the imperial city he should have left to go back to anvil, if not you need to bribe him so he will. Then you must go back to anvil find him in the pub. When I did it he said he would follow you there and open the seal. Theres lots of ghosts and stuff so make sure you have stuff to keep you alive. He runs away right after he opens the seal.

Also if youre short on cash get 300 dollars and go to the talos plaza in the imperial city. Find dorians house and go in, close the door,bribe him as much as you can and kill him. When you loot his body it lets you keep taking the money. Turn on the t.v and click away for a half hour. You'll have at least a million.

You must head downstairs, and youll see a broken pot thats fallen off a cupboard. Pick up the "skeletal hand" and "scrap from lorgrens diary"
