Down the road from imperal city to lewayin thre is a shrine called nocternal I think it is where she needs someone that is level 10 and there is some guys who stole somthing from her and you need to get it back for her she'll give you the skeloton key it is the best lock pick in the game since it is unbreakable I don't know if it is before or after bravil but it is on the way to lewayin
