Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Hi I've got a breton lvl 42 and I have some questions!

1:I don't know but can you REALLY fight dragons in level 65 and I mean it!

2:there was a guy who said that umbra is the SECOND best sword in this game and my question is wich is the best weapon?

3:im not only looking for to be the most powerfullest
I wanna have cool armour too omone got any good advice where I can get that.

Ive already got helm of bearclaw somthing that I got from oryen in fighters guild and I got nocturnals gray hood or somthing...so anyone know any cool armour?

1. NO. The leveling system only goes up to lvl. 50. But several bugs in the game can allow you to go to (possibly) 51-55. But there is NO way that you can reach level 65.

2. Umbra has the highest attack (32 at max) of all weapons. (I think) So if that's what you mean, then yes, it is the most powerful.

3. The only "cool" armor in my opinion is the Daedric, Glass, Elven, Ebony, Orcish, and Mithril armors.

I have heard of people at lvl 99, and they arent fighting dragons and whatnot. Ni, there are no dragons.and if you have the shivering isle expansioon, there are swords you can get there that have higher attack then umbra. They are the madness and amber swords.
