Where can I get ectoplasm besides the store which only has one serving or amount or whatever? And also where can I get those soul gems or whatever the which wants for the vampire cure?

For the first question in anvil there is a quest called the ghost ship in anvil
Its one of the ships docked at the port a lady will ask you to get a crystal ball for her there are plety of ghosts on the ship. The soul gems you could just join the mages guild and buy the soul gems
