No, the only way to level up blade is to use it in combat.

Al-Khabir answered:

Things will only level up if they affect something else, that goes for all projectiles, spells and attacks. You could enchant an entire set of armor with chameleon so it is at 100% chameleon and turn the difficulty up. Hit some guards, they can't see you so won't attack (well, they have never hit me).

MangeZZ answered:

There is one place to train blade, marksman and blunt and magic..
If you go to pericite shrine i can't remember the name wich is east of bravil.

There are some persons wich is frozen and the best thing is that you can HIT them but THEY WONT DIE...

Do this and your blade skill or whatever you want to train will increse but of course you can also go to trainers!

CrAzYAli1030 answered:

Practice your blade skills in the training rooms in the fighters guild (spiralling against fellow members of the guild and dummies tied against walls).

BeachBoy101 answered:

No but you can go to cloud ruler temple and watch the 2 guards who are fighting eachother for about a minute or two your blade will increase by at least 2 pts but it only works once, you can do this with the 2 people traing in the arena area outside and your hand to hand skill will go up 5 pts.

Ps. If you are a master at these skills your skill level will still increase over 100.
