Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
I'm journymen at illusion and msticisim.I have lots of grand soul gems with grand level. But it doesn't let me enchant stuff with chamelon.What do I do now?

Check your spell list
If your character doesnt know chameleon (as a spell, not a scroll), then you cant enchant something with it
You need to first know a spell in order to enchant things with it
