Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Ok I have this quest (a vunerable vintage I think it's called I can't remember it)but it's when I get the shadowbanish wine,what do I do with the wine now???
Any one that helps is greatly appreciated.

You need to find a place called Old Bridge Inn or something like that, it's right next to a river somewhere near the imperial city and talk to the lady inside
