Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

I'm currently trying to finish the "Arrow of Extication" portion of The Thieves Guild Faction Quest. My problem is a strange one. I have picked the lock to enter the North wing of the castle but when the game goes to load the opening of the door it just stops. The load page comes up and that is it. I can go no further. I havce tried to uninstall all of the xbox 360 patches, to see if I can enter that way but the load screen comes up the bar moves to the very end and stops. Does anyone have any idea how I can get into the north wing of the castle or is there a fix that might help me with my problem?

You have 2 get you're xbox 360 fixed by the number on you're guide 2 you're xbox 360. Call them and tell them wats wrong!! And you have 2 tell them the game name!!!
