You have to go to The Fighters guild in another town to get more contracts. (sorry can't remember the town name) but you can speak to one of the people, and they will say where and who the other fighter guile people are.

Have you talked to Arvina Thelas yet and completed the quest? If so then perhaps you need advancement or just go talk to Burz Gro-Kash in Cheydinhal to continue in the fighters guild, if none of these work then perhaps your game disk is faulty and you may need to get a new one OR download a patch from x-box live and see if it works then. Hope I helped!!!
