Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Hi guys, I was just wondering, how do you download the patch for oblivion on the 360? Because I've been experiencing a glitch that has made the countess of Anvil invisible and impossible to talk to even no I'm right next to her in the room as the marker points out. If I can't remove this glitch will I have to get a new game or restart again?

You can download the patch by signing in to Xbox Live, and starting Oblivion. You should then be prompted to download. If that doesn't work, there could be two problems...

1. The map markers are sometimes unreliable. Search around a bit in the castle and see if the turns up.

2. You've experienced the infamous Reference Bug, which deletes NPCs and items from the world. But you can only experience this if you've downloaded Shivering Isles.

Go to the download section of Xbox Live then go to The Elder Scrolls Oblivion then you should be invited to download them automatically.

You can only download the patch form the Xbox Live marketplace. You can't get it offline.

Download it from Xbox Live. If that doesn't work try getting your disc resurfaced.
