Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
I had leval 18 but accedently deleted it.but now I'm just a leval 3 with fine steel sword and all steel armor acept for graeves and gauntlets.i wanted to where I could better stuff.could someone tell me where rare artifacts are to.thanks if you answered.

Umbra is a sword that is in an ayleid ruin south called Vindasel of the Imperial City.That is a really good weapon.

Yea the umbra sword is good but rather hard to get,so be cautious,someone guards it who is very powerful good luck
