You then have to find the Paint Stain in the dining room and the Painting in the bottom of one of the towers.

Go to the dining room and circle it until you find a stain on the carpet then activate it,then go to the west tower and look behind a crate to discover an entrance to a room with a painting.Then confront Chanel to be made to make a decision.You can either turn her in or lie and say she didn't steal it and she'll make you a 1000 gold painting that can be put up in your house.
