Leprekorn answered:

Azura - Almost perfectly north of Cheydinhal Castle, past "Lake Arrius"

Boethia - Where "Valus Mountains" is written on the map, west of the M

Clavicus Vile - Leave Imperial City over the main bridge, go south along the waterfront, past "Fanacasecul" to "Fort Virtue". Now head southwest

Hermaeus Mora - Head west from Cloud Ruler Temple (North of Bruma). Just follow the mountain path, and head west/uphill until the icon appears on your compass

Hircine - Where "The Nibenay Valley" is written on the map, West of the N

Malacath - From "Horse Whisperer Stables" head along the path until it curves to the east. Leave the path and head north, past Atrene Camp

Mephala - Almost south of Namira, and almost north of Vilverin (the ruin when you leave the sewers at the start of the game), about in the middle of the two

Meridia - Leave the Skingrad West Gate, and keep heading west (eventually off the road) until you get to "Cursed Mine". The shrine is west of this

Molag Bal - Leave Chorrol past "Weynon Priory", then head south when you get to "Odiil Farm". Keep heading south, past "Narfinsel"

Namira - East-south-east of Bruma East Gate

Nocturnal - West of the words "County Leyawiin" on the map

Pervite - South of Boethia Shrine

Sanguine - North of "Cursed Mine", over a small hill

Sheogorath - Leave Leyawiin West Gate, and follow the path north, not crossing the river. Pass "White Stallion Lodge" to "Waters Edge". Now head
North-north-east, and pass "Rockmilk Cave"

Vaermina - Stand at "Black Waterside Stables", and turn so you are facing directly between South and South-west. Keep heading exactly in this direction until you find the shrine on the Noth-east shore of "Lake Poppad"

Keep it real...

Al-Khabir answered:

Azura is north-west of Rugdumph's Estate (or just north-west from Cheydinhal), Boethia is way south-east of Cheydinhal, Clavicus Vile is north-east of Skingrad, up the gold road, Hircine is east along the red ring road, Malacath is north of Anvil, Mephala is near the north-east of lake rumare, Meridia is west of Skingrad, Molag Bal is south-west of the imperial city bridge, Namira is south-east of Bruma, Nocturnal is up the road east from Leyawiin, Peryite is on the south-east bank of the silverfish river, Sanguine is south of Chorral, Sheogorath is between Bravil and Leyawiin, Vaermina is south-west of Cheydinhal and Hermaeus Mora's location will be given when you do all the rest. If you want a more specific location (this is simply compass directions) just ask again for a particular shrine.
