Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
I ask a question like this already but to get xbox live do you need a modem and a router and plug it back to your computer or no.I just want the one that you use like the modem I tried it and the dashboard reads the wire and for the IP adress I put automatic but it still says fail.I know the IP adress but it still doesn't work.What did you use to get xbox live do you need the router and modem so it will work and want kind works the best.

You do not require a ruoter but it is helpful with haveing a CPU Internet w/ Ovbox live at the same time,
To get onto Xbox live, You must, via Internet w/ CPU,
Go to www.xbox.com/live from there, find "Xbox connection Wizard" and go through the on screen directions, it will then ask you a similar question to this "Dynamic or Static IP Address?" you answer with "Dynamic" it will then give you steps for connecting your Xbox, then when you test your xbox, it will accept the IP Address...
