Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

What do I do with the new Thieves Guild hall that appears after I completed The Ultimate Heist? Can I recruit more people to the Guild?

And, how do I use the Gray Fox mask, cowl of Nocturnal? I put it on to do crimes and when the Guards catch me, I run off a little distance (til they aren't right behind me, like into a house or I drink a potion of invisibility) and then I take the mask off, but they still kill me! My bounty, after I take the cowl of Nocturnal off, is 0 but the guards still go after me! Help!

There isn't much you can do with the guild hall after you've become the Grey Fox. It's primarily a meeting hall and a diplay area for all the random stuff you might have collected during the missions, e.g. Savilla's Stone. The Cowl is basically used to create a second identity, the crimes and reputations you get whilst wearing the Cowl will only be attached to it. As with guards still killing you, thats happens most of the time, such as when you pay a bounty off you head at a Doyen. I don't think there is anything you can do about it.

Sometimes when you pay your bounty off, the guards still try and kill you. Dont worry, just yield to them (Hold shield up and talk to them), and they will say something like "I'll let you live this time, Cur". Then they will sheath their weapon and walk off.

This also happens when you pay your bounty off while a guard is chasing you, but hasnt yet given you the option of "Pay Gold, Go to Jail, Resist Arrest". Try and wait and it says "You can not wait while guards are coming". The guard will come up to you, but instead of giving you the options, he just talks to you like he would if you activated him.

U got to loose them is all run out of the city til that ant after you the will get rid of you're bounty is all
