Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Me again, has anyone tried to make a black soul gem and been succesful, or found another necromancer altar (other than dark fissure)?

They're all over the place but I've only ran into 2 of them dark fissure and I can't remember the other one

Nah, it has never really worked for me, but I could never get the timing perfect, so yeah, just keep trying. There is actually an altar I found at an Ayleid ruin, but I can't remember which one. I think it was in a grassy valley but Im not sure in particular.
