Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Hey I am stuck on the main quest line, I am at the part where you have to get some glow dust for the shrine, any way where can I find the gold dust, I know you get it from will o wisps but I can't find them

Will 'o' the Wisps are usually found in green areas. I usually see them south of the Imperial City in the forest area at night.
