Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Im on the FIGHTERS GUILD QUEST "MYSTERY AT HARLUN'S WATCH",
I've killed the will-o-the-wisps, and in the spot where I'm supposed to find the towns folk, it won't activate. I've even killed all the trolls in the cave and got that update before, but it wont activae the update for the towns people. Been in the cave before this quest. My question is, Am I supposed to get something off the skeletons or what do I have to do to finish the Quest?

Hmm, a lot of people seem to have problems with this quest. I didn't though. Everything ran smoothly for me. I think you find a dead persons body then the quest says to kill all the trolls, there is a scond part to the cave. Make sure you search back in the second part for any more things that might make the quest go along.

You have to get stuff off the skeleton and go to the Nightingale (witch is underwater) and talk to them it is in the river
