In Oblivion. I admit, Deadric Helms are hard to come by but they will be on some of the Dremora you fight. It might take a while but you will get one eventually.

If your about level 20 or higher, try Fort Allessia south west of imperial city. There are bandits and stuf finside that will coem back after a day or two of rest. The batlelord guy of the bandits in there might have the helm one time you kill him.

There's an inn(forgot the name) outside of the imperial city. There are I think three ppl in there on is an orc with full deadric armor. Kill him him but be careful b/c there is an imperial legion guard inside.
