wobblypoo answered:

The item is actually called not steel sword or anything it's actualy called

wobblypoo answered:

Now I look at my question, the item has two arrows on either side of the name and inbetween them it says missing name hopfully it will come if that one didnt work ill try again "".

JTHM answered:

The object is basicly called "no name". It is a lime-green square you can get from pick pocketing someone in Bravil's Mage's guild. I have no clue what it is, but I do know the game crashes if you drop it. I found this on the X-Box 360 version of oblivion. It is completly useless otherwise.
