Im stuck on the quest where you have to follow Thoronir. I can't find where he talks to the person you have to follow. Please help!!!

Wait until 9pm outside his shop and you follow him to a small garden (where the well is). Make sure he doesn't see you because you listen in a conversation he'll have!

Don't actually follow him, but after you see him exit his shop wait until 11 PM and a green arrow should appear on your compas. Follow it and listen to their conversation, and it doesn't matter if they see you or not. Just get near them and they should start talking.
