Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
What is the required path that has to be taken to talk to Heremaeu's Moras shrine? All the guy says to me is that I havnt traveled the required path or something..what do I do?

I'm going to answer my own question here because I found the answer from a friend. He said I have to have completed all fourteen other daedric shrine quests to be able to do this one.
