Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

I started doing deadric shrine quests and one of the shrines requires a black soul gem. There's only two that I know of that you find in a quest for the mages guild but you give them away. Then at the end of the mages guild you get a giant black soul gem, is that the black soul gem that the shrine wants? P.s. I can't remmeber hat shrine it is

First you will need a Grand Soul Gem (soul level none) from a Mages Guild member. Most guild halls have at least 1 person who will sell you one. With that in hand go to the Dark Fissure south of Chedinhall and wait until you see a ray of light shining down on the alter. This may take a few days as it only happens once a week so keep your eyes peeled. Once this happens put the soul gem into the alter and strike it with a soul trap spell. Open the alter and voila your own Black Soul Gem. (Note:These can be used to trap the souls of humans unlike their counter parts.)
