If I remember right the 4th book is the one in the book shop all you have to do I go in talk to the shop keeper and he'll say something like: sorry someone else has orderd the book, mabey if you'd talk to him... So wait for him to get in the shop and then just talk to him...
If thats the 3rd one then the 4th one is where you have to go to the sewers and just fight some bad guys and the last one will have the book with him...
