I am currently a master of sneek
The way I achieved this was buy paying the trainer to teach me and also moving around the castles and towns(wherever there was people)in sneek mode.I hope this helps you.

Find someone that sleeping in a guild (not fighters cause of stupid porter) and just keep running at the wall next to them and your sneak increases

Join the Dark Brotherhood.
On the first mission you have to kill a guy called Rufio at the Inn of Ill Omen.
When you get there go to Rufio's room and start sneaking.
He never wakes up so you can sneak for as long as you want.
What I did was set up my controller so that my character was always sneaking up against the wall, and then left it. Every so often I would come back to see how my character was doing.

Another way, if you acidentally shot Rufio like me, is to buy the Dark Visage spell from the Kahjik in the Dark Brotherhood. This will turn you invisible, you can sneak around people and boost your sneak, FOREVER, I usually do this on the way to a quest or if I'm bored, I'm MASTER now, mostely from Ultimate Heist, (I was invisible the entire time) anyway it does work.
