Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Ok, I have heard that there is a money cheat, on a mission called the "Cure For Vamperisim". I really need the money but I can't find any vampires. I have alooked in many caves but no luck at all. Please tell me where I can find some vampires, Also how do you know when you have contracted the illness.? Please help thanks!

1.) When you complete the quest, you keep asking the guy about "reward" and you get 1000 gold each time. But if you stop talking to him, I don't think you can do it again OR you can travel to the camp outside Kvatch on a horse (dont use the map) and barter with the orc there. Equip your most valuable weapon, then sell it to her. It will say "you cant unequip this item" but you get the money for it. Keep doing this until you have all the gold you desire. This only works with the WEAPON you have equipped (NOT arrows or clothing/armour)

2.) There is a cave near the Imperial City, but I can't remember where, and it has two or three guys standing around a fire in a small cavern as soon as you enter. they are vampires

3.) It says "you have contracted vampirism" or "prolyphic hemoraphilia" or something like that when they attack you, or if you search there body too much
