I'v had the game for a few days I closed the oblvion gate and I'm still on lvl .
I thought I would be on lvl5 by nowbut I'm not

You have to sleep in a bed when you see a moon and I think a sun left to your spell icon.

Don't listen 2 yoyo, first you have to increase you're major skills and den wen it has a small icon of a sun w/ an arow to the right of you're compas you have to sleep in a bed and wen you wake up you'll be able to increase 3 of you're majer atributes
