Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Can you get a dog in this game if so how because I am a new member of the fighters guild and one of the gus has a dog following him around? Plz write back also where is a cheep house to buy?

You do not need a cheep house. I bought a mannor house for 5000 and it is big that is in Anvil(just talk to people in anvil and find out about the mannor I think the man selling it is in The Count's Arms). I got the 5000 through a glitch in the game. For the glitch to work you need a horse( There is a free horse which you get by asking one of the people in Weynon Priory for assistance). Equip a sword and get on your horse and ride to the encampment south of kavatch. Once there talk to the green lady and sell her your sword. A message will appear saying "You cannot unequip this item" so you keep the sword but you also get the money. This also increases your trading skill. Hope this helps.

Cheepest house is 2000 in the imperial city. To get it go to the market discrict and go to the office of imperial commerce or something like that and talk to the lady.
