Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

My question is where or how do I make black soul gem's please let me know and my other question is the Tear of hte Saivor quest I had found 4 of the tears but the fifth one is located in the ice sculpture wiyth the man and the frozen astronach so how do I get the fifth tear?

You have to find a Necromancer shrine. Just put in a Grand Soul Gem, and soul trap the shrine.
