Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Just a quick question I have finshed the main quests and all the faction quests and am working on the miscellaneous quests but can not figure out one of them has anybody completed the collector quests in the imperial city.

I have found 9 of the statues but can not find the 10th which is in Sardavar Leed.

I have looked all over the place and still can not find it. The book said the sec. Level in a niche in the adepts gated enclosure but there is nothing there. Also how do you reach the top level where the other conjurer is located.

He keeps shooting things at me and I can not reach him. Please help thanks Cossacks

I am in the EXACT same place. I paralized the sucker and he happened to fall down but still havent found that statue.

K guys I had that exact problem I was in there for hours. It might be something wrong with the game guides directions or something but it doesnt matter. I ended up finishing that quest but I never found that. There is a way around it. What you do is, pick up all the other 9 statues except sardavar's, head back to Odavo or who ever the collector is. Go into his house (preferably at night since this isnt exactly a legitimate or legal solution) and find the case where he put your first statue that started this whole quest. There should only be 1, but you should only need 1 by this point. The statues stockpile, he wont know the difference, break in and steal it and then you can continue on. This will not back fire later on in the quest at all I'm completely done with all of it. One more note though, if you want at the end of the quest, you can get the Last Ayelids Crown that you can wear, but it's only a third of the power the unequipable one gives you. The equipable but less powerful ayelid crown is in Herminia's house where you originally stole the crown, right back where it was. So now you'll have 2 ayelid crowns, a very powerful useless one for a show piece, and a less powerful but still usable ayelid crown. Hope that helps
