Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Hey, is it possible to get both Duke of Mania and Duchess of Dementia achievements in the same playthrough? I just don't feel like making a whole new character for an achievement.

The only way would be to do one and then load back to do the other. Sadly you can not be both at the same time

As ItaKure said save before you choose which side and reload afterwards.
