Game Of The Year Edition question

Question 1:

ok, my character is lvl 49, all of my major skills are 100 exept my marksman skill, I've managed to get it up to lvl 80 on my own but now I just want to increase it via trainer, so when I went to the marksman trainer who teaches from lvl 71 to 100 (shes at a camp not far from Kvatch) I spoke to her and she wasnt ready to teach yet because it was too early in the morning, so I waited a few hours and then she was gone, then I later discoverd her dead body at a different camp further up from hers which pissed me off a bit. Now, do trainers respawn after being killed because they usually can only be knocked unconius ??? (is there a chance that one of the creators of this great game could awnser my question if not any other experts advice would be very helpfull) cheers.

If shes not unconsious and shes dead I belive your game may be glitched

On consoles they don't respawn if they are dead. You could try using the drain marksman cheat (where you use the Drain Skill effect to create a 'Drain Marksman 100 points for 1 second on Self' spell). If you cast this before speaking to one of the basic marksman trainers, they will be able to level you up as it tricks the game into thinking you are level 0.
