Question for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Ok I'm doing a mission for the grey fox for his big plan I have went all the way through the old way..and it lead me to a gaurds quarters. I got cauaght and paid my fine..and now I can't get back in there. What do I do and when I was in there at the gaurds place the place it was telling me to go need a key. Wheres the key and how do I get back in there?

I'm afraid you have gotten caught at the most crucial part of the quest and have to start over or load back to before you got caught. Either way I'd you want to complete it you have to loss back because the guards took the key and there is no way to get it back. Do not get caught in this part of the quest again or you will have to go through that again. I recommend waiting by the open statue until 1am when the guards are asleep. There will be one last guard to sneak past after going through 2 doors
