First go inside a shop, or a cave, or anything with a roof. Then, wait until 8 pm, Go to the Fighters Guild, someones home, or a hotel, break in, sneak, and press XA to Feed

Get inside anywhere and wait till it's dark outside. Have potions that restore your health just incase. Sneak into a place with sleeping people and feed.
