Help
Where is the person you need to find on the last quest for the thieves guild, and where is the lockpick that can not be broken by lockpicking, I think it is called Skeleton,

I'm not sure about the theives guild quest. i'm fuzzy on that. but i do know that if you want the unbreakable lockpick you must get it from a daedra shrine. the shrine is on the road east of layawynn. if u get on the road and follow it north it will be on your right hand side.

Yeah, to get the skeleton lockpick you have to do a quest at the Shrine of Nocturnal.
For the thieves guild quest, I'm not entirely sure what you're getting at, but if you wait for like an hour in the Imperial City, someone will come and tell you to meet the Gray Fox? First you have to have fenced 1000 gold though.
