Hi I don't know how to get the stone to close the gate in the Oblivion tower.I got to the ledge with the 2 Punished but I don't know were to go from there.Please help!

You just grab the stone thats all nothing more nothing less if you save before the stone and grab it look in invintory look at it's effect if you don't like th effect load and the effect will be different.
