Glitches?

My game for 360 is glitching up a lot lately... The game is a little scratched idk if that has anything to do with it.. The glitch is that when I go inside a building once I'm inside the door behind me turns into a black hole and when I go through it I teleport back inside the building and can never leave. The other glitch is I can't go inside certain buildings... It's not that their locked or need a key it doesn't even give me the option and I know their accessible buildings.. Need help quick

Black Mamba 19 answered:

Hm I think that must happen to open world games that Bethesda makes. I had the same problem with one bulding in Fallout, so I decided to leave it alone. Eventually I went back and it was fine. You could try that or look up a solution online. If it's you're disc I am pretty sure Gamecrazy(assuming you have that store) will buffer your disc for a small price or you can but an amateur buffer kit, but most aren't good.

gamefreakgabe answered:

Pretty much what Black Mamba said, but it also could be a corrupt/corrupting save. Does it do this for your other characters? If yes then it probably is the disk is scratched. If no it's the save

wrasmusson answered:

Gamestop could also can buffer your disc, if you don't have a gamecrazy near you like me
