The Azuras Shrine

I have been trying to do the main quest and it says to go to a shrine(the azuras shrine)and I can't get it ti work!can you help me please

You need an offering. You can only talk to it when it is dusk or dawn. Go talk to it at 6:00 AM. You have to get a glow dust by killing a Will-Of-O Whip....or whatever it's called. You can't kill it with a normal sword. Try a Daedric sword, silver, or an enchanted one. Then talk to it and you get the Star. Quest completed.

You need the glow dust, you might be able to buy it, there is also a fighter guild quest that you come across will-o-the-wisp, at dusk or dawn, then you have to clear a cave of vampires

You don't need to do Azura's quest you can do any daeric lords quest. I wouldn't do Azura as it gets rid of one of the best artifacts. You need to be at least level 4 to start azura's quest.
