Glow Dust

Ok I found the shrine azura and I found the will-o-wisp bastards but when I went to offer it I accidently ate the glow dust and now I can't find anymore will-o-wisp, I've tried to buy some at alchemy shops but they never have any where in the world can I find another will-o-wisp becuz I have ran all over the place trying to find them and can't so plz can someone help me? PLZ!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go back to the Azura shrine. If you don't find any in that area, wait 24 hours and try again. If you still can't find one, go to the Imperial City and get some from the alchemy shops there. If you STILL can't find any glow dust, there's some houses to the south of Cheydinhal (I think it's Cheydinhal) that have a cave nearby. You may have to be on the Fighters Guild quest that it involves, but it's full of Will-o-Wisps and Trolls.

You could check out some caves and one of the quests in the fighters guild theres a lot of them

There's a quest for the fighter's guild where you go and check out a cave where there are "strange glowing lights" and ppl are disappearing. As you could already guess the lights are will-o-wisps don't go straight at the cave entrance b/c there are about 3 or 4 that will attack you and they are really hard if there is a group of them. My health is like 500 or sumtin like that and they killed me within 30 sec.!! I think there is another entrance somewhere but I forgot it There are a few will-o-wisps in the cave.

I did that, too! :P I'm guessing you checked Calindil's place for it.

Calindil won't sell you glow dust unless you are on good terms with him (AKA 50 Mercantile). Try searching The Gilded Carafe (It's literally 2 doors away) or The Main Ingredient.
