Encumberment problem...
Ok I went around and closed some oblivion gates to get the sigil stones. Well I had 2 that feather so I decided to apply them to my armour and what-not. Well now I've finished the thieves guild and have Nocturnals Cowl but when I go to put it on it wont give me the 200pts of feather. I actually lose points by puting it on. Jw if anyone else has come across this.

Ok I have saw things like this in my games it is a glitch.
I have got 2 of them so far and the only way to remove it is to start over (make a new account)
My two where 1 on the fighters guild where is says there is going to be some thing on the mini map and there is not anything there and the next one was where your wating for amusi for the theif's guild and he just never shows
But I started a new account and the problem wasnt there so I think it's like a once and a while thing
